Street Fighter: The Delinquent & The Disciple is a fanfic animated short following the events leading up to Ken’s first encounter with Ryu, at Master Gouken’s tutelage. Getting kicked out of five different high schools for fighting, Ken’s life is about to change when instructions from his deceased mother sends him on a quest to study the meaning of power.
